To begin your search process, you must sign up for our annual membership. This $200 fee includes a one-year membership to our On-Call service, offering 24 hour a day access to our on-call services 7 days a week.  This also includes a complimentary 1 hour consultation to help determine your needs. We offer extended consultations at $50 per hour.

Once we have met with you and determined your needs, we require a one-time retainer fee of $250 (part-time) or $500 (full-time) to begin the search process.  We are here to help throughout the entire process, including interview sit-ins and assistance with preparing interview questions if requested.

We do not charge a fee for working interviews, however, you will be charged the nannies on-call hourly rate, which varies based on experience.  See Rates HERE

 

Once you have selected and hired a candidate to fill your position, you will be billed a one-time, non-refundable placement fee. We have 4 options for you to consider:

Option 1: ONE year contract 

• Placement fee of 15% of projected gross annual salary

• 1-90 days: free replacement guarantee

• 91-180 days: 50% credit replacement guarantee 

 

Option 2: 6-month contract

• Placement fee of 15% of projected gross annual salary

• 1-60 days: free replacement guarantee

• 61-90 days: 50% credit replacement guarantee 

 

Option 3: 3 month contract

• Placement fee of 10% of projected gross annual salary

• 1-90 days: free replacement

Option 4: Part-time placement

The placement fee for part-time nanny placement (+/- 20 hours or less) is $1200.00

Example of Placement Fee Calculation:

1-year contract- full time 

hourly rate: $18 x 40 hours weekly= $720​

$720 x 52 weeks= $37,440 annually

$37,440/15%= $5616 placement fee total

​

For temporary placements (3 weeks to 11 weeks) a fee of $200 per week will be payable to the agency. We recommend signing up for our hourly on-call service if you have any requests for less than 2 weeks. A temporary placement guarantees the same nanny for each visit.

Out of state placements: 25% of the projected total annual salary.

​

International placements: 25% of the projected total annual salary.
